Terms and conditions

Last updated:

These terms apply to anyone using the Orafila website, including the documentation pages and PDFs. They don't cover use of the business software itself, which follows the service contract accepted on activation. By using the site you accept them: if you don't agree, please don't use it.

1. Who runs the site

Orafila · [to be completed: company name, registered office and VAT number]

Email: [email protected]

2. Who it is for

Orafila is business software for service companies. The site is aimed at businesses and professionals, not consumers: anyone who fills in the form or activates the service does so on behalf of their company.

3. The information on the site

We describe Orafila carefully, but the text, screenshots, example conversations with the agents and documentation are there to present the product: they are not a contractual offer. The features, service levels and terms that apply to a customer company are those in its contract. The product keeps evolving: some of the features described may change or may not yet be available to everyone.

Screenshots and examples use the made-up data of a sample company: any resemblance to real people or companies is coincidental.

4. The calculator

The “What the training you won't need would cost” calculation is an estimate based on the figures you enter: it gives an order of magnitude, not a promise of savings. The calculation runs in your browser and the figures are not sent to us.

5. Pricing, purchases and payments

Orafila's pricing, plans, billing, renewals and cancellations are handled by an external provider, which we tell you about before you purchase. The terms of sale and payment are the ones you accept with that provider at that point; use of the business software follows the service contract, together with the data processing agreement. The site does not take payments or card details.

6. The contact form

Filling in the form is not an order and doesn't commit you to anything: it is a request to be contacted, which we normally answer within one working day. Give accurate details for the company you're asking on behalf of, and don't enter other people's details without telling them. How we use the data is explained in the privacy notice.

7. Fair use of the site

You may browse the site, print its pages and share links to it. You may not:

  • use it for unlawful purposes or to harm others;
  • try to access the systems that host it or get around its protections;
  • send spam, automated requests or offensive content through the form;
  • download it in bulk with automated tools to the point of slowing it down;
  • copy its content and present it as your own.

8. Trade mark and content

The Orafila name, the text, graphics, 3D scenes, screenshots, documentation and code of the site belong to the site owner or to whoever licensed them to it. You may use the documentation and PDFs to evaluate Orafila and, if you are a customer, for your company's internal use. Any other use requires our written permission.

The site also uses third-party software and typefaces under open licences, which remain their authors' property: Three.js (MIT licence), Archivo and Courier Prime (SIL Open Font License).

10. Availability and liability

We do our best to keep the site available and accurate, but we can't guarantee that it always will be, or that it will be free of errors: it may be suspended for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage arising from using the site or from being unable to use it. This does not limit liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, which the law does not allow to be excluded (Article 1229 of the Italian Civil Code).

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies is the one published on this page, with the date at the top.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. The courts of the place where the site owner has its registered office have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about the site.
